By this civil application, the applicant seeks that this Court may peremptorily fix the date of hearing on the ground that by an order dated 16th July, 2008 this Court though has expedited hearing of the Writ petition, the same is not heard till date. The office is directed to place the writ petition on board for final hearing under the caption "expedited matters" in the week commencing from 25th April, 2016.
