The petitioners herein have challenged the order dated 16th August, 2016 of issuance of process. The learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the order is revisable. 2.

Since alternative expeditious remedy is available, the Writ Petition No.3370 of 2017 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file the revision application before the appropriate court. The petitioners are entitled to seek condonation of delay in filing the revision application in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
