The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the original Respondent No.1 -Smt.Parvati Aliar Singh, in the Revision Application has expired. He states that original Respondent No.2Jainarayan Aliar Singh, Respondent No.3-Harinarayan Aliar Singh, Respondent No.4-Satyanarayan Aliar Singh and Respondent No.5Omprakash Aliar Singh, are already on record as the heirs of deceased Respondent No.1-Smt.Parvati Aliar Singh, accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of by permitting the Applicant to delete the name of Smt.Parvati Aliar Singh, from the array of Respondents in the Revision Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
