By this First Appeal Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 23.1.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No.788 of 2007 holding that respondents claimants are entitled compensation of Rs.18,53,000/- with 9% interest from the date of petition till the date of realisation.

The learned counsel for the applicant Insurance Company submits that the tribunal has taken gross income on the higher side which should not be more than Rs.3,000/- per month. Mohite 1/2
