1] By Orders dated 22 nd August 2017 and 23 rd August 2017 respectively the applicants were granted interim relief. 2] Perused the record of investigation.

The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that, after investigating the present crime it is revealed that there is substance in the contentions of the applicants recorded in the respective 1/2

aba.1484-2017.doc orders and therefore their custodial interrogation for further investigation is not necessary.

3] After perusing the record of investigation, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation is not necessary.

4] In view thereof, interim reliefs granted by respective Orders dated 22 nd August 2017 and 23 rd August 2017 are confirmed.

However, the applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m to 12.00 noon and to join in the process of investigation till submission of final report. 5] Both applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
