This application is preferred by plaintiff for condonation of 20 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the decree dated 9.5.2013 passed by Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.10 of 2003.

a) Delay of 20 days in filing Second Appeal is condoned.
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
