DATED : 11/02/2015 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 213 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 07.08.2013 passed by MACT, Nashik in MACP No.969 of 2007.
The learned counsel for the respondent claimants vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of inordinate delay of 213 days in filing First Appeal.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am Mohite 1/2
