The applicants are seeking bail in crime no. 372 of 2022 registered with Baramati City police station for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 149, 354, 395, 294, 504, 506 of IPC and section 8 of POCSO.

The applicants are in the business of pig farming which is objected by the complainant resulting into scufÒing and 1/3

2/3 registration of the offence.

4.

After the custodial interrogation of the applicants, the investigation in the matter is almost complete. 5.

The counsel for the applicants on instructions makes a categorical statement in the form of an undertaking that the applicants shall not carry out the business of pig farming in the said vicinity.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 7.

In that view of the matter, a case for grant of bail is made out.

The applicants be released on bail in crime no. 372 of 2022 registered with Baramati City police station for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 149, 354, 395, 294, 504, 506 of IPC and section 8 of POCSO upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

10.

The applicants shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence in any manner.

11.

The applicants shall remain outside the jurisdiction of 2/3

3/3 the concerned Police Station till the charge is framed. 12.

The applications stand disposed of.

13.

If it is noticed that the applicants have violated an undertaking referred above, it shall be open for the complainant to move for cancellation of bail.
