Heard Mr.Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioners. Perused the Petition and annexures. The petitioners have prayed for direction to the learned trial Judge to decide Special Civil Suit No.2415/2010 within a reasonable time. In support of this Petition, Mr.Deshmukh submitted that the petitioner No.1 is a cancer patient and petitioner No.4 is 86 years old.

In view thereof, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to make an application for deciding the suit in a time bound manner. If such an application is made, the learned trial Judge will pass appropriate orders keeping in mind the fact that petitioner No.1 is a cancer patient and petitioner No.4 being 86 years old is a senior citizen and will pass appropriate orders. The petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
