1] This is an application for anticipatory bail in C.R. No. 203 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code [for short, "IPC"].
2] Learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Original Complainant submitted that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. The consent terms signed by both the parties are tendered in this proceeding. 1/2

The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 4] It is further submitted that in view of the consent terms, the Applicants can be granted anticipatory bail and the interim order dated 22/08/2017 passed by this Court can be confirmed. 5] Hence, I pass the following order:
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1486 of 2017 is allowed;
(ii) In the event of arrest of the Applicants in connection with C.R. No.203 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the Applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
