This application is preferred by Advocate on record for applicant Insurance Company for withdrawal of his appearance. Advocate for Appellant submits that he already intimated his client Insurance Company by letter dated 17.08.2015 that he is withdrawing his appearance. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Advocate Mr. Asim Vidyarthi is permitted to withdraw his appearance on behalf of Appellant Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. from First Appeal No. 1112 of 2014 as well as pending Civil Applications, if any.

b) Office is directed to inform the Applicant Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. to take appropriate steps in the First Appeal No. 1112 of 2014.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
