This is an application for condonation of delay of 18 days in preferring the appeal challenging conviction. Heard the learned Advocate appearing for applicants as well as the learned APP for the State. Applicants are convicted for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal avk 1/2

The delay of 18 days is sufficiently explained in the body of the application by applicants/accused and hence the following order :
