Petitioner is seeking benefit of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Remission Scheme routed on that occasion. The learned APP has invited our attention to the fact that independently petitioner had filed writ petition No.3198 of 2019 for same purpose and this Court has taken note of fact that on 10th July 2019 the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison has denied benefit of that scheme. As such Writ Petition No.3198 of 2019 was disposed of on 6th August 2019 keeping other avenues open for the petitioners.
