1) The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that in the impugned Order dated 4th July 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Greater Mumbai in para-6 it is observed that the C.A. Reports were awaited at that relevant time. He submitted that now the C.A. Reports have been received and in view of the same, he intends to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court. He therefore submitted that he may be granted an opportunity to file a fresh application for bail with a view to canvass the points which were not agitated while passing the impugned Order dated 4th July 2016 and seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

3) In view of the above, application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if so advised. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
