The learned counsel for the parties have tendered the compromise pursis with the consent terms in the Court today. The same is accepted on record and marked as exhibit 'Z'. The consent terms are signed by the appellant and the respondent and also by their respective counsel. The appellant and the respondent are personally present in the Court today. We have perused the consent terms. They appear to be just and reasonable. The parties have agreed to reside together under

Hence, we dispose of the family court appeal in terms of the consent terms at exhibit 'Z'. The decree be drawn accordingly. No order as to costs.
