By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 27th July, 2022 passed by this Court, by which this Court, dismissed the aforesaid petition, for non prosecution, for non appearance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the papers. It appears that the Advocate for the petitioner was diagnosed with Covid-19 and as such, Satish Sangar 1/2

22-IA-3063-2022.doc was unable to attend the matter for the reasons set out in the application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 27th July, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid petition is recalled and the matter is restored back to its original file along with the interim order passed by this Court. 4.

Matter be listed as per its turn when the final hearing board is prepared.
