Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant as also the learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 on Civil Application No. 1839 of 2018 seeking restoration of the Writ Petition No. 2245 of 2015 and Civil Application No. 163 of 2018. On 30th July, 2018 the Writ Petition as also the Civil Application were dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application No. 1839 of 2018, we are of the view that the Applicant/Petitioner had shown sufficient cause for non appearance of the learned counsel when the case was called. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Vishal Parekar 1/2

5-caw-1839-2018.doc Application and ordered restoration of the Writ Petition No. 2245 of 2015 to its original number. Accordingly the Civil Application No. 163 of 2018 also stands restored.
