P.C. :- P.C. :- The learned APP Mrs. Deshmukh on instructions of API Mr. Nigade attached to Bhiwandi Crime Branch, Thane City states that charge-sheet has been filed on 23.12.2016. If that be so, there is no warrant to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. However, the statutory remedies of the Petitioner are kept open for being invoked at the appropriate time. Needless to state that if any such statutory remedy is invoked, the same would be considered on its own merit and in accordance with law.
