1] By a reasoned Order dated 22nd August 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The applicant No.1, the applicant No.2 and the applicant No.3 are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law respectively of the deceased Smt. Sunita Gupta. It is alleged that, the applicant alongwith coaccused No.1 Shivmurat Pramod Gupta i.e. the husband of deceased used cause her harassment and was demanding dowry from deceased due to 1/2

aba.1489-2017.doc which she committed suicide on 24.7.2017 at her matrimonial house by hanging. The record indicates that, the accused No.1 i.e. husband of deceased Shivmurat P. Gupta has been arrested by the Investigating Agency and now has been released on bail. The Trial Court, while releasing the accused No.1 Shivmurat Gupta husband of the deceased, in its Order dated 19.9.2017 has observed that, there is nothing on record to suggest that the present case is of murder and admittedly the case against accused is not punishable with death or life imprisonment.

4] The record of investigation indicates that, the investigation of the present crime is practically completed and the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 22nd August 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer/concerned Police Station is hereby waived. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
