Mr. Gole, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants points out that the two applications filed by him on behalf of the respondent stand disposed off by the order dated 13th October, 2016 and now the main proceedings i.e. Application No. 153 of 2012 and Application No. 443 of 2013 are required to be placed on the board for final hearing.

Perused the order dated 13th October, 2016. It is clear from the order that, it disposes off Criminal Application No. 727 of 2016 and Criminal Application No. 728 of 2016. In that circumstance, the office is directed to place Criminal Application No. 153 of 2012 and 443 of 2013 on board for final hearing in the week commencing 20th February, 2017.
