This application is filed for allowing to withdraw the undisputed balance amount of Rs.6,54,000/-. The learned Counsel for the insurance company submits that the total amount awarded is Rs.26,39,250/-, however, an amount of Rs.11,85,250/- is disputed and the balance amount of Rs.14,54,000/- is the undisputed amount. Further, the applicants have already withdrawn Rs.8 lacs and hence, the balance undisputed amount to be withdrawn is Rs.6,54,000/-.

The applicant Nos.3 and 4 are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,18,000/- each. The remaining amount shall be invested in a fixed deposit of any nationalised bank.
