The above petition has been filed seeking a direction that an FIR should be registered. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mrs. Pai draws our attention to the communication addressed to the

Rane * 2/2 * WP-3373-2017 (SR.904) Wednesday, 27.9.2017 petitioner dated 2nd September, 2017 by the Police Inspector, Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi. In this communication, the Police Officer has, after referring to the facts of the case, concluded that the dispute in question is of a civil nature and therefore no FIR can be registered in respect of the offence alleged. In view of the said communication, no reliefs can be granted to the petitioner in the above petition. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, it would be open for the petitioner to take appropriate recourse in law.
