Petitioner claims that his passport has been retained by police of Kondhwa Police Station, Pune without any reason. The petitioner also states that there was a red corner notice, but it has not been investigated into it at all.

Learned APP has invited our attention to prayer clauses.

The petitioner has not approached concerned police station or any superior officer for the release of his passport. We grant petitioner leave to make such application. If such application is made within one week from today, concerned Talwalkar

49.wp4002.19.doc police station shall consider the same within 2 weeks thereafter. Keeping all the contentions of the parties open, petition is disposed of.
