Heard learned counsel for the Applicant as also the learned AGP on the Civil Application No. 1598 of 2017 seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 2538 of 2015 which suffered dismissal by the order dated 10th June, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Jud-I) on account of non removal of office objection within time.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and order restoration of the Writ Petition (St.) No. Vishal Parekar 1/2
