This is an application for restoration of the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2022. 2.
The order dated 10.08.2022 indicate that, the applicant had volunteered to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within two weeks. Interim relief was granted to the applicant. However, the amount was deposited. The applicant attempted to deposit the part amount which was not accepted by the registry and subsequently vide order dated 24th August, 2022, interim relief granted to the applicant was vacated. The main application is still pending.

The applicant is now willing to deposit the said amount of by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

20-IA-2995-2022.doc Rs.10,00,000/- and it contended that two Demand Drafts of Rs.5,00,000/- each are ready. The applicant may be permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of Demand Drafts and the interim relief may be restored.

Learned APP submits that the liability of applicant is not only for Rs.10,00,000/-. Huge amount is involved in the transaction and the applicant had volunteered to deposit the amount and hence permission was granted and interim relief was also granted. 5.
The submissions of learned APP can be considered at the time of hearing of this application. However, since the interim was granted on the basis of its statement of applicant that he would deposit Rs.10,00,000/- and applicant intends to deposit the said amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, interim relief can be restored. 6.
The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts on or before 18th October, 2022.

Interim relief granted earlier which was vacated vide order dated 24th August, 2022 is restored.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2150 of 2022 be listed on 19th October, 2022. To be listed 'High on Board'. Interim Application is disposed off.
