This is an application for recalling order dated 28th September, 2010 by which Civil Revision Application was dismissed for default, as none appears for the Applicant and for Respondents. 5.

Mr.Karande submitted that after hearing both sides the Civil Revision Application was admitted on 28th March, 2005. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Civil Revision Application No.46 of 2005 is restored to its original position.
