This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.2, since deceased, on record. Applicant No.2 died on 11/05/2015 leaving behind applicants No. 2 (a) to 2(d). The present application is filed on 02/08/2015 which is in time. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Writ Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
