The learned APP at the outset submits that in the present case, charge has been framed and trial has commenced. It is in this circumstance, that the application deserves to be disposed of by requesting the learned Sessions Judge seized with Session Case No. 9 of 2016 to make every endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 9 months from today. It is a case of circumstantial evidence and prima facie, it appears that the investigating agency has recorded the statement of as many as 33 Talwalkar 1/2

8.ba1810.16.sxw witnesses. It being a case of circumstantial evidence, the trial can be expedited.
