The Applicant was granted bail pending his Appeal vide order dated 24/06/2019. In clause (iii) it was mentioned thus;

This application is filed for modification of this particular operative part. According to learned counsel, interpretation of this clause would mean that the Applicant would have to find a different person to stand as surety. The said clause does not indicate the apprehension expressed by learned counsel. The same person can stand as a surety who had stood as surety earlier during trial. However, the Applicant would have to follow the fresh procedure for furnishing the surety. 3.
