By this petition, the petitioner has sought to quash the Criminal Complaint No. 174/DV/2015 filed in Metropolitan Magistrate's, 73rd Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
