Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that, though he repeatedly called upon Petitioner to give instructions in the matter, same were not forwarded to him. He therefore sent a message to the Petitioner on 30.06.2022 that, he will not be able to attend the present case thereafter.

Record indicates that on earlier occasion i.e. on 22.07.2022, none had appeared for the Petitioner. Today also Advocate Mr. Deshpande expressed his inability to proceed with the case for want of instructions from the Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present Petition.
