Parties through their Counsel. The Petition has been filed on the basis of apprehension that the Respondent University may not permit the Petitioner to appear in the examination of 4th year B.Arch. Course in the academic year 2016-2017.

On instructions learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 University submits that in view of the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Ishan S. Darekar Vs. University of Pune & Ors in Writ Petition No.8215 of 2010 and other connected Writ Petitions decided on 10th March, 2015 the Petitioner's apprehension is wholly misconceived as the University will not be refraining the Petitioner from appearing in the examination on the grounds stated in the Writ Petition.

In view of the aforesaid categorical stand taken by the Respondent No.1 University by recording the said statement made by the Counsel for the University we dispose of this Petition.
