The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is co-owner of the property. Respondent No.6 has carried out unauthorised construction on the property. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner is his neighbour. In the present Writ Petition, it is not clear as to how the right of the Petitioner is being violated. The matter appears to be of the dispute between the family members. The Petitioner may approach the Competent Court for redressal of his grievance. It is for the Petitioner to prosecute his Application with the Planning Authority, as may be permissible under the law.
