This is an application for condonation of delay of 74 days in filing of the revision petition challenging concurrent judgments and orders of conviction recorded against the present applicant/accused by the learned trial Magistrate as well as by the Appellate court.

It is seen that the applicant/accused was not aware about the steps to be taken after dismissal of his appeal, and therefore, the delay is caused. The applicant/accused is behind bars undergoing the sentence imposed by the learned trial Magistrate, and therefore, I see no reason to refuse the instant application. Therefore the order :

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.
