Perused the impugned order dated 05.07.2022 passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Baramati below Application at Exh. 1 in Special Civil Suit No. 106 of 2018.

The only apprehension expressed by learned Advocate for Petitioners is in respect of marking of document as Article-B.

Perusal of the impugned order clearly reveals that photocopy of the said document was produced before the Trial Court and it was referred to in cross-examination of two witnesses. Hence, the learned Trial Court has found it necessary to give Article number to the document for the purpose of identification only which is recorded in the said order. Reading of the impugned order itself shows that the said document has not been marked in evidence. In that view of the matter, the apprehension of learned Advocate for the Petitioners
