1) This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2) The applicants are arraigned as an accused in first information report No. 388 of 2016 registered by Kandi Police Station, District Murshidabad, in the State of West Bengal for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are intending to file appropriate legal proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction and for that four weeks time may be granted to them to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in whose jurisdiction the Kandi Police Station, District
2 /2 907-aba-1544-16.doc Murshidabad falls. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow this application. Hence, the following order :- ORDER:- (a) In the event of arrest of the applicants by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from the State of West Bengal, they shall be released on bail in FIR No.388/2016, registered with Kandi Police Station, District Murshidabad, State of West Bengal, on their furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount;
(b) This pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants for the specific purpose of approaching the concerned Court in the State of West Bengal for a limited period of four weeks and / or till they approach the Court of competent Jurisdiction in the State of West Bengal, whichever is earlier.
(c) It is made clear that no further extension of transit anticipatory bail will be granted under any circumstance;
(d) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms; (e) All the concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
