The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No. 80 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 307, 506(II), 504, 323 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Perused the papers. Chargesheet in the matter is already filed. There is recovery of sword from the accused persons. 3).

Accused, Sakina to whom major role is attributed is already released on bail. The role attributed to the applicants is that of causing simple injuries.

Case for bail, in my opinion, is made out. Hence, the Bail Applications are allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicants, they be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend police station as and when called.

4).

Two consecutive absence of the applicants before the learned trial Judge shall entail him for taking out proceedings for cancellation of bail.

5).

The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
