1] This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.1 to register offence under Sections 420, 467, 478, 470 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the basis of the complaint dated 31st May, 2015.

2] Mr.Yagnik, learned APP having taken instructions, makes a statement that copy of the said complaint is not available with Band Garden Police Station, Pune. He also states that the petitioner may be directed to approach Band Garden Police Station, Pune and 1/2

3] In the light of the above, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach Band Garden Police Station, Pune with his grievance/representation. The Senior Police Inspector of Band Garden Police Station, Pune shall look into the grievance/representation of the petitioner and to take appropriate action and communicate the same to the petitioner within the period of seven days from the date of the representation. 4] Subject to above, this petition is disposed of.
