By this civil application, the applicants seek deletion of the appellant no.1 who has expired on 17th July 2017. Civil application was filed on 19th August 2017.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
