Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the matter is taken on production board.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for the same cause of action against Respondent No.1.

He submits that by mistake, Respondent Nos.2 to 8 are added in the array of the parties. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with liberty as prayed.

The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.
