Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

As per the order passed by this Court on 17th March 2017 in Writ Petition No.1323 of 2017, the Petitioner was to deposit the amount of Rs.18,000/- in this Court on or before the returnable date. The returnable date was 17th April 2017. It is submitted that, due to the poor financial condition of the Petitioner, he could not deposit the said amount. However, Petitioner will deposit the said amount on or before 10th October 2017. 1/2 CAW-2194-17.doc

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The time to deposit the amount of Rs.18,000/- is extended till 10th October 2017. On failure of the Applicant to do so, the stay will stand, automatically, vacated.
