Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Hindu Marriage Petition No.64 of 2016 which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Karad, District : Satara is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District : Raigad. (ii) The Respondent has disputed all the allegations made in the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed by the Applicant. (iii) In view thereof, all contentions of the parties are kept open. (iv) The Civil Judge Senior Division, Karad, District : Satara is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.64 of 2014 to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District : Raigad.

(vi) The Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District : Raigad shall endevour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage Petition No.64 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of this order. (vii) The parties or their Advocates shall appear before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District : Raigad on 27.07.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.15 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
