P.C. :- 1] Not on board. In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] In all these cases, the challenge is to the order made under Section 101 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS 2/3
Act) and the demand notice issued in pursuance thereof. 3] As against the impugned orders, the petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy of institution of revision petition under Section 154 of the MCS Act. Accordingly, there is no necessity to entertain the present petitions.
4] However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the alternate remedies available under Section 154 of the MCS Act. 5] With liberty as aforesaid, all these petitions are disposed of. 6] The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the revision applications will be instituted within a period of three weeks from today and therein interim reliefs will be applied for. Learned counsel for respondent - Credit Society on basis of instructions from the Chairman of the Credit Society makes a statement that no coercive action will be taken for a period of 3 weeks from today.
