None for the applicant which is infact a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, which is applicant No.1 S.D. Sethia & Company Private Limited. Applicant No.2 is one Jagdish M. Sethia who mentions himself as the Director of applicant No.1.

By the present application, a sort of review is sought of the order passed by this Court dated 22.7.2015 in Criminal Application [ALP] No.210 of 2015. Said earlier application was 1 / 3

preferred by the same applicant i.e. M/s. S.D. Sethia and Co. Pvt. Ltd.. By the order under review the earlier dismissed complaint No.1978/SS/2003 was restored to the file of the concerned trial Court and order of dismissal was set aside. 3.

Today, nobody is representing the applicant. After going through the prayers in the present application, in the opinion of this Court, there is nothing to review the earlier order and hence present application is accordingly dismissed and disposed of.
