DATE :- DECEMBER 23, 2016 P. C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant has taken out a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 20th December, 2016 in the above matter.

It is pointed out that in the order dated 20th December, 2016, in paragraph no.1 in the first line Crime No. 135 of 2016 is mentioned instead of 187 of 2016. Further, in the same paragraph in the fifth line date of PCR Extension note is mentioned as "July 13, 2016" instead of "30th July, 2016" and Crime No. "135 of 2016" is mentioned instead of "187/2016".

Registry to correct the same and issue authenticated copy of the order dated 20th December, 2016 accordingly. The praecipe is disposed of.
