First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) deposited in this Court at the time of filing of this Appeal, be transferred to the concerned MACT. The said amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the claimant.

The Claimant have already withdrawn 50% of the amount deposited as award amount in MACT. The balance amount along with accrued interest there on, be also permitted to be withdrawn by the claimant immediately.

The concerned MACT Registry to verify that the amounts are directly transferred to the bank account of the claimant. 6.
All the parties to act on an authenticated copy. Issuance of certified copy of this order is expedited.
