Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned counsel for the Respondent.

Both learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between both the parties out of the Court as per the consent terms. Both the learned counsel tendered the consent terms. It is taken on record and marked as Article 'X'.

This Court inquired with both parties about the terms which are mentioned in consent terms, both parties agreed that they have signed the consent terms. They further agreed that the share of the deceased's mother-respondent No.4 allotted at 20%, out of total compensation, which has remained to be decided be given to respondent No.1-widow of the deceased and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as per apportionment to be done by the Tribunal. 4.

In view of consent term, matter is disposed of. Decree be drawn accordingly.

Court's fees and statutory amount be refunded as per rule. 6.

The original claimants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon. (S. G. DIGE, J.) This order is corrected in view of the order dated 8th February 2023. 2/2
