This is an application for recalling the order dated 18.12.2013 by which the Petition was dismissed in default. For the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 to 6, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for granting reliefs and for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.
