This is an application for intervention in CR No.33 of 2015 registered with Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the investors and in fact are victims of the said crime.

For the reasons stated in the said application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the said application. The applicant in Bail Application No.1516 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead the said applicants/investors as party respondents. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
