Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this Civil Application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12/01/2017 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.1482 of 2012 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.30,32,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the application till realization of the amount.

Mr. Madhukar, Kalzunkar, learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, as per the judgment and award, has been deposited before the MACT, Mumbai.

In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12/01/2017 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.1482 of 2012 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
